Online quote form

If you use our online quote form, the details you enter (such as your name, phone number, email, suburb and what needs cleaning) are emailed to us so we can reply and quote. We use them only to respond to your request and provide our service. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which may process technical information about your browser.

Phone calls

If you call 1300 308 926, we’ll ask for the details we need to quote and book your job, such as your name, suburb and what needs cleaning. We use them only to provide that service.

Texts, WhatsApp and email

If you text or WhatsApp us on 0400 163 622, or email [email protected], we keep your message and contact details so we can reply, quote and book your job. We use them only to provide our service. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Website measurement and advertising

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free service that counts page visits in total (pages viewed, the site you came from, browser and country). It doesn’t identify you or track you across other sites, and it sets no cookies.

We advertise on Google. This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking (the Google tag) so we can see when an ad leads to an enquiry, such as a quote form being sent or a tap to text or WhatsApp us. To do this, Google may set and read cookies in your browser. When you send our quote form, the email address and phone number you enter may be shared with Google in hashed (scrambled) form so Google can match the enquiry to an ad. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, the 1300 number on this site may be shown as a Google forwarding number, so Google can tell us the call came from an ad. Google records call details such as the time, length and the caller’s area code. We also use Google Analytics, loaded through the same Google tag, to understand how visitors use our website (such as which pages are viewed and how people find us). Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. Google handles this information under its own policies: see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
